Blueprint reproduction in Calgary
Keep the originals in the drawer. Send the copies to site, where coffee and rain are part of the job.

Quick answer
Blueprint reproduction means making accurate copies of existing paper drawings. SURE Print Foothills reproduces blueprints in Calgary, from single sheets to full plan sets, including old and fragile originals. We can copy them at the same size, enlarge or reduce them, and scan them at the same time so you also have a digital version.
Lots of Calgary buildings only exist on paper. The plans for a 1960s bungalow in Haysboro or a warehouse in Foothills Industrial might be one rolled-up original in a filing cabinet, with no CAD file anywhere. When a renovation starts, everybody wants a copy, and nobody wants the original going to site.
We make copies so the original can stay put. Bring in the sheets and tell us how many sets you need and at what size. Old drawings are often faded, stained, torn at the edges or curled from years in a tube. We handle them carefully and adjust the copy so the lines read as clearly as the original allows.

FAQ
Blueprint Reproduction questions
Can you copy very old or damaged blueprints?
Usually, yes. We handle fragile sheets carefully and can often improve the readability of faded lines. Very dark or heavily stained originals have limits, and we'll tell you what to expect before we copy.
Will I get my originals back?
Yes. Your originals come back with your copies. We don't keep or alter them.
Can you make the copy a different size than the original?
Yes. We can reduce sheets to half size or enlarge sections. Keep in mind that a resized copy is no longer at the scale printed on the drawing.
Should I get the drawings scanned too?
If the originals are your only copy, it's worth it. A scan means you can reprint or email the plans later without handling the originals again.
