NCR form printing in Calgary
One signature, a copy for everyone. Carbonless forms are still the fastest paperwork on a job site where the Wi-Fi is a rumour.

Quick answer
NCR forms are carbonless multi-part forms. Writing on the top sheet transfers the image to the sheets underneath, so each party gets a copy. SURE Print Foothills prints custom NCR forms in Calgary, including invoices, work orders, receipts, delivery slips, estimates and safety forms, in 2, 3 or 4 part sets as pads or books.
Plenty of Calgary businesses went paperless and then quietly kept a pad of NCR forms in the truck. When a technician needs a signature in a basement in Panorama Hills or a driver needs a delivery slip signed at a loading dock in Foothills Industrial, a carbonless form just works. It doesn't need a battery or a cell signal.
NCR stands for no carbon required. Each sheet is coated so pressure from a pen transfers to the page below. We design and print the form with your logo, layout and fields, collate the parts in colour order (white, yellow, pink and so on), and bind them into pads or books so they tear off cleanly. Many of our trade customers have reordered the same form for years. We keep the file, so a reprint is quick.

Tips for a form that's easy to fill out
Give people more room than you think they need. Handwriting in a cold truck in January is bigger and messier than typing. Put the fields in the order the job actually happens, and keep important boxes away from the very bottom edge where the pressure doesn't always carry through to the last copy. If you have a form that frustrates your crew, bring it in and we'll help you fix it.
FAQ
NCR Forms questions
What does NCR mean on a form?
NCR stands for no carbon required. The paper is coated so writing on the top sheet transfers to the sheets underneath without separate carbon paper.
How much do NCR forms cost?
The price depends on the number of parts, size, quantity, ink colours, numbering and whether the forms are padded or bound into books. Send us your current form or a description and we'll email a detailed quote.
Can you copy our existing invoice or work order?
Yes. Bring in an old form or send a photo or PDF. We can recreate it as is or tidy up the layout while we're at it, and you'll see a proof first.
How many copies can an NCR form have?
Most forms are 2, 3 or 4 parts. More parts means more copies, but the bottom copy gets lighter as you add sheets, so we'll recommend what works for your use.
