Custom t-shirt printing in Calgary

Quick answer

SURE Print Foothills prints custom t-shirts in Calgary for businesses, teams, schools, events and families. We use DTF printing for full-colour designs and small runs, and screen printing for larger orders with a few colours. Our designers can work from your logo, a photo or a rough sketch, and you approve a proof first.

A custom t-shirt is about the most flexible thing we make. You can put your logo on the chest, a big graphic on the back, names down the sleeve and a sponsor list under the collar. Staff wear them. Teams wear them. Half of Calgary seems to own a shirt from a Stampede breakfast or a charity run.

We pick the printing method based on your design and the number of shirts. A photo of the family dog on twelve shirts for a reunion is a DTF job. Two hundred one-colour shirts for a corporate volunteer day is a screen printing job. We'll explain the trade-offs when we quote so you know what you're paying for.

Popular t-shirt orders

  • Staff shirts for restaurants, retail stores and trade crews
  • Sports teams, run clubs and tournament shirts
  • Charity runs, fundraisers and community events
  • Family reunions, stag and stagette parties, and Stampede outings
  • Merch for bands, podcasts and small brands
  • School clubs, grad classes and camp counsellors

Getting the design right

Shirts are read from a few feet away, often while someone is moving. Big, simple shapes work better than fine text. A left-chest logo is usually around three to four inches wide, and a full back print gives you room for something bold. If you're unsure about size, our designers will mock it up so you can see it before anything is printed.

FAQ

Custom T-Shirts questions

How much do custom t-shirts cost?

It depends on the shirt you choose, the quantity, the number of colours and how many places you're printing. Ordering more shirts usually lowers the price per shirt. Send us the details and we'll email you a quote.

Can each shirt have a different name on it?

Yes. DTF makes it easy to print individual names or numbers on each shirt, which is handy for teams and staff.

Do you print on hoodies too?

Yes. We print hoodies, crewnecks and long sleeves as well as t-shirts. Thicker fabrics and pockets can affect placement, so we'll check that on the proof.

What file should I send for my shirt design?

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal. A large, high-resolution PNG also works for DTF. If all you have is a small image or a photo of your old shirt, our designers can help rebuild it.
