Custom embroidery in Calgary
Stitched logos have a weight and texture that ink can't match. They also outlast most of the garments they're sewn on.

Quick answer
Custom embroidery stitches your logo, graphic or text into fabric with thread. SURE Print Foothills embroiders hats, polos, jackets, work shirts and bags in Calgary, using up to 4 thread colours per design. We convert your logo into a stitch file in-house and send a proof before anything is sewn.
Embroidery is what most businesses reach for when the apparel has to look professional. Think of the polo at the front desk, the jacket a site supervisor wears in January, the cap a sales rep wears to a client meeting. A stitched logo reads as quality, and it survives the wash far better than most prints.
It does have limits, and we'd rather tell you up front. Our embroidery runs up to 4 thread colours, and very small text or fine detail can blur into the fabric. Simple, bold logos stitch best. If your logo is busy, our designers can make a cleaner version for stitching that still looks like your brand.

What we embroider
Hats and caps
Front-panel logos on ball caps, trucker hats and toques. A stitched cap gets worn for years.
Polos and dress shirts
Left-chest logos for staff, sales teams and front-of-house uniforms.
Jackets and vests
Soft shells, fleece and work jackets for crews that spend the winter outdoors.
Hoodies and sweatshirts
A stitched chest logo gives a hoodie a more finished look than a print.

Totes, duffels and towels for gifts, golf tournaments and corporate events.

Is embroidery the right choice?
Choose embroidery for hats, polos, jackets and anything that will be washed often or worn in front of customers. Choose a print instead if your design is a photo, has gradients or uses lots of colours, or if you want a large graphic across the back of a t-shirt. Big embroidered designs get heavy and stiff. Plenty of customers mix the two: embroidered polos for staff and printed t-shirts for an event.
FAQ
Custom Embroidery questions
How many colours can you embroider?
Up to 4 thread colours per design. Most logos fit within that. If yours has more, our designers can simplify it so it stitches cleanly.
How much does custom embroidery cost in Calgary?
Embroidery pricing depends mostly on the stitch count (how big and detailed the design is), the number of garments and the items you choose. Send us your logo and quantities and we'll email you a detailed quote.
Can you embroider small text?
Only to a point. Very small letters lose their shape in thread. As a rule, text should be large enough to read easily from arm's length. We'll flag anything too small on the proof.
Will embroidery hold up in the wash?
Yes. Embroidery is one of the most durable ways to decorate clothing. Wash inside out on a gentle cycle and skip the high heat in the dryer to keep it looking its best.
