Business card printing in Calgary

Five million cards and counting. We know what makes one end up in a wallet and what makes one end up in the recycling bin.

Business card printing in Calgary

Quick answer

SURE Print Foothills prints business cards in Calgary, from standard full-colour cards to specialty cards with spot UV, foil, double thick stock and soft touch lamination. We've printed more than five million business cards since 1985, with design help and a proof to approve before anything goes to press.

A business card is a tiny piece of paper with a big job. It has to tell someone who you are, what you do and how to reach you, and it has to feel like it came from a business that takes itself seriously. Flimsy stock and a blurry logo say the opposite.

We print plain, sensible cards for new hires and startups, and we print the heavy, foil-stamped ones that make people stop and run a thumb over them. Most orders print on our Xerox digital presses. Big multi-person orders often go to the Heidelberg offset press so every name in the office matches.

Options

Card finishes and upgrades

Standard full colour

Printed both sides on a solid card stock. The everyday card that does the job without fuss.

Spot UV

A clear, glossy coating on selected areas, like your logo, so it catches the light against a matte background.

Foil

Metallic gold, silver or coloured foil on a logo or name. It reads as premium the second someone picks it up.

Double thick

Two sheets laminated together for a card with real heft. Hard to bend, hard to forget.

Soft touch lamination

A velvety coating that feels almost like suede. It also cuts glare and protects against scuffs.

You see the card exactly as it will print. Check every digit of that phone number.

  4. 4

    Print, finish and cut

We print, add any spot UV, foil or lamination, then trim the cards and box them up.

Who orders business cards from us

  • Realtors and mortgage brokers who hand out dozens a week
  • Trades and contractors who leave a card at every quote
  • Offices that need matching cards for a whole team
  • Restaurants and salons using cards for loyalty stamps or appointments
  • Startups that want to look established from day one

Small details that make a better card

Keep the important text at least a few millimetres inside the trim line, because cutting has a little give. Don't shrink the phone number to fit a slogan. And if your logo came off your website, it's probably too low resolution for print. Send us the original file from your designer if you can, or let us redraw it.

FAQ

Business Cards questions

How much do business cards cost in Calgary?

The price depends on how many you order, how many people need cards, the stock and which finishes you add. A box of standard cards and a set of double thick foil cards are very different jobs. Send us the details and we'll email a quote.

What size is a standard business card in Canada?

The standard North American size is 3.5 x 2 inches. We can also print square cards, rounded corners and other sizes if you want something different.

Can you match my existing business cards?

Yes. Bring in a card or send a scan. If you still have the original design file, that makes it easy. If not, our designers can rebuild it.

Can you print cards for my whole team at once?

Yes. Send a list of names, titles and contact details and we'll set up each card from one template so the whole office matches. You approve proofs for each person.
